Gadget Guy Review

The VPM 2100 is top of the Miniket range and features a 2.11 megapixel sensor (up from 0.8 in the cheaper models) giving stills up to 1600x1200 pixels. Recording time is up to an hour on the internal 1GB flash memory but external cards can extend that to the limit of your budget.

The inbuilt versatility of the Miniket concept is better realized in the VPM 2100 with far better image quality making this a real contender as a handy 6-in-1 digital package. Recording to MPEG-4 remains a limitation. Now if only this model had a high-res lipstick cam and weather proofing like the 110L it would be a superb combo for extreme sports.

Good image quality with 2 MP sensor, 6-in-1 features in a miniature package.

Lack of sports options in this camcorder, size too small for serious video work, clunky software.
