Samsung Electronics Australia hopes to bring High Definition (HD) to even more Australians this Christmas through a new promotion which offers a complimentary top of the range Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-ray player to consumers who purchase a selected Samsung LCD or plasma television.
This promotion kicked off on October 17 and will last right through to December 24 2008, offering purchasers of participating Samsung televisions to surround themselves with an optimal full HD experience. On offer, customers can choose from Samsung's latest releases of 2008, including the Series 5 plasma, Series 6 LCD or plasma, Series 7 LCD or plasma, Series 8 LCD, or Series 9 LCD.
The Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-ray player delivers detailed images with brilliant colour in full HD 1080p resolution to enhance the viewing experience for consumers, and also offers the highest quality audio. Samsung's Anynet+ technology conveniently lets users control both their television and player with just the one remote. A stand alone product, the BD-P1500 retails at $499.
This exclusive offer will be promoted in store and through retail channels nationally. To be eligible to claim a free (well, free-ish to be more precise - there is $30 postage, handling and administration fee payable) Samsung Blu-ray player consumers will need to purchase a participating Samsung television during the Offer Period between 17 October and 24 December 2008.
