The Baseus 10W Qi fast in-car charger cradle provides both 5V/2A and 9V/1.8A for fast charging of Qi-compatible smartphones.
So, if you have a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Note 5 (or later), it charges up to 1.4 times faster than a 5V/2A charger. Regrettably even though your iPhone 8 or X series is Qi-enabled these are capped at 7.5W so the charger ramps down accordingly.
It fits via clamping to an air vent louvre. Now, normally I would avoid that as broken louvres are expensive to replace but after two weeks use I am relatively certain that it will not damage the louvres even with a meaty 242g Samsung Galaxy Note9 (with an EFM case and screen protector) sitting in it.
The charger arms fit phones up to 85mm wide. The spring loaded arms have a gentle grip rather than a firm one.
A nice design feature is the bottom support also has a cut- out for a USB cable to charge a non-QI phone.

We used a Belkin BOOST↑UP 2-Port Car Charger that has two 5V/2.4A outputs. It did not bother the Baseus at all. You can use any car charger, even a Qualcomm 3.0 fast
Baseus 10W Qi fast in-car charger is kinder to batteries
It has built-in over-voltage, under-voltage, temperature control, surge protection and short-circuits prevention features. It is a trickle charge, and when the battery power reaches 100%, the charger will automatically stop. Qi charging is safer than wall-chargers.
We used the Note9 as a GPS (maximum drain on batteries), and the Baseus managed to keep up with battery drain. When the Note9 was idle (all apps stopped and screen off), the Baseus kicked into fast charge mode. We make the point that many Qi charge cradles cannot keep up with battery drain.
