Harman Kardon’s first Blu-ray player, the BDP 10

Details have emerged regarding Harman Kardon’s first Blu-ray player, the BDP 10, to be released in Europe this month and in North America shortly afterward.

The BDP 10 is BD Live compatible, upscales DVDs to what Harman Kardon claim is ‘1080p standard’, and is a Profile 2.0 Blu-ray Disc player with BonusView interactivity.

Price and availability

The only pricing information on the BDP 10 is its list price in Germany, which is 700 Euros. At the time of writing there is no detail on Australian availability or pricing, but we have contacted the distributor and will update as soon as we have additional information.
