Sport holds a special place in Aussies’ hearts. Google is always looking for ways to help you get closer to the action. Last year, it made updates to Search and the Google Assistant to give live scores, match results, upcoming fixtures and ladders for AFL, NRL, Rugby, Cricket and more.

Huawei phones have a record-breaking 100 million handset year – despite Trump

Huawei Consumer President of Handsets, Kevin Ho said the P30 Series played a significant role, with the flagship’s volume of sales hitting 10 million just 85 days after its launch, 62 days less than the P20 Series.

Australia has been a key market for Huawei. “We are so proud to have such a loyal customer base. We are committed to Australians and will continue investing in R&D to ensure we meet their needs by developing innovative yet nimble devices,” said Larking Huang, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer in Australia.

The P30 Pro (GadgetGuy’s extensive coverage here) holds the highest DxOMark of 112 for photography (tied with Samsung Galaxy S10 5G). Huawei’s Australian smartphone website is here.

And in other news, it appears President Trump’s hard line against Huawei may be softening – at least in the consumer space.
