It’s a one-on-one video learning experience that includes product demonstrations and professional advice. The aim is to help choose the right machine for you. JURA Live is the first of its kind in the coffee machine market.

You can access JURA Live via the JURA website or via JURA’s new premium point of sale concept in-store. You can speak to a JURA Expert and receive professional advice all from the comfort of your owN home!

How JURA Live works
Connect to JURA Live via the JURA homepage or at any nationwide JURA premium point-of-sale in-store, and you will be linked with the next available consultant, live from Melbourne HQ. Operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEST.
For the best experience, you need a microphone and monitor screen – a type/chat function is also available. For privacy it uses a one-way video link – the consultant won’t see you. It required no personal registration information.
A JURA Expert will ascertain your needs and walks you through the right machine’s features and benefits.
