LG Kompressor vacuum cleaner – friend of allergy and asthma sufferers

The LG Kompressor is designed to gather and compress the waste it collects allowing minimal dust dispersion when emptying – especially beneficial for allergy and asthma sufferers.

A motorised compression paddle kicks in when the motor starts running and begins compressing the dust it collects. By compacting dust, users are no longer subject to the dust cloud associated with emptying conventional bagless vacuum cleaners. Furthermore, there is no need to handle or touch the compressed dust. With one shake of the unit, the compressed dust is ready for hands free removal.

Thanks to the dust compression system, the LG Kompressor collects up to 4 times more (when tested in comparison to bagless models of similar dust capacity 1.2L) than conventional bagless vacuums with similar dust canister capacities, which means consumers don’t have to empty it as often.

The unique dust compression system, combined with superior suction, washable HEPA filtration system, LG’s Multi Cyclonic Cleaning System and ergonomic design gives the LG Kompressor a significant edge in the home hygiene market.

The LG Kompressor is approved by the British Allergy Foundation (BAF) meaning it has been proven to specifically restrict and remove high levels of allergens from the environment.

With practicality in mind, LG is designing household products that are both ergonomically designed to meet the needs of modern homeowners, but also include accessories and elements that simplify and alleviate the chores of vacuuming.

Features

Washable HEPA Filtration: LG Allergy Care Vacuum Cleaners feature washable High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters. HEPA filters collect even the smallest pieces of dust, and can filter out most of the dust. This means that nasty dust and pollutants are not expelled back into the air after you have vacuumed. LG’S HEPA filters are easily accessed and should be cleaned regularly to ensure that they are working at full potential at all times and filtering all the dust through your Vacuum Cleaners exhaust system.
•Superior Dust Pick Up: LG Allergy Care models feature a high level of power and air suction for superior dust pick-up, ensuring dust remains in the dust canister or bag, not in the carpet.
•Bio-Tank (Bagless models only): LG bagless machines feature Bio-Tank in the dust canisters. The Nano-Silver hygienic technology prevents the growth of bacteria in the dust bin and the silver prevents dust fungus and viruses from spreading. Nano-Silver technology is used in most of LG’s leading products.
•Hygenic Dust Disposal (Some Bagless models only): LG’s Vacuum Cleaners feature a one touch dirt drop on the dust bins – one touch on the side of the canister allows for easy disposal of dust into rubbish bin without having to touch the dust at all.
