This projector from Fujitsu is a surprise. The reason is that even though it costs nearly $40,000, it still uses LCD technology! But there’s a reason for that. Namely, it offers a true high-definition resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 pixels. This is clearly the way of the future.

This, also, is most definitely a projector intended for proper installation. It actually consists of two boxes. One is the projector itself, a large and heavy unit, and the other is the A/V selector box and processor. This manages all the signals, plus processes them for feeding digitally to the projector.

There are too many inputs on this to list: suffice to say that no one would ever run out, regardless of the format (including HDMI and DVI).

There is a powered lens shift feature and a lens zoom range (also powered) of 1.25:1.
