Miele has upgraded its popular Cat and Dog vacuum cleaner, giving it a new name, Cat and Dog MAX, and including a handheld turbo brush (STB 101) for upholstery and tight spaces.
The handheld turbo brush that now comes with S 5360 Cat and Dog MAX ($699 RRP) has a 13.5 cm wide brush to collect hairs or threads on any soft covered surface and a swivel neck for manoeuvrability.
This model also comes with a full sized STB 205-3 TurboBrush, with a rotating roller brush activated by that Miele says nearly doubles the cleaning efficiency of the universal floor head.
The Cat and Dog MAX has a 2,200 watt motor, Miele?s ActiveAirClean PLUS filter, keeping smells inside the machine instead of escaping into the air and the vac comes with Miele?s 4.5 litre IntensiveClean PLUS dust bags. When the dustbag is nearing full capacity a ?change dustbag? indicator on the barrel becomes visible.
With an operating radius of 10 metres users operate the vac via a dial control on the barrel, allowing users to set the most suitable suction for their floor type. On board accessories include an upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle and dusting brush.
Finally it has a parking system for the hose and wand with automatic switch-off and an integrated storage bracket for the wand on both sides of the machine.
