PJ-TX200

The Hitachi PJ-TX200 features a dynamic iris to control black levels. To give an idea of the effectiveness of this idea, the previous Hitachi model had a claimed contrast ratio of 1,200:1. This model claims 7,000:1.

Of course, it also offers, 1,280 by 720 pixels of resolution from its three LCD panels, and a high maximum output level of 1,200 ANSI lumens. There’s a ‘whisper’ mode, too, which reduces the fan speed and, consequently, its noise, yet still allows a strong 960 ANSI lumens of brightness.

You get a 1.6:1 zoom range and both horizontal and vertical lens shift, and all the latest connectivity including high definition-capable component video inputs and HDMI for the very best picture quality.
