Ultimately, if you already own and love the iPhone, you’ll probably love what Apple is offering this time around, but we’d advise checking the competition, because now that everything has changed, it’s not the same formula you’ve grown up with.
Bigger and better: Apple’s iPhone 6 reviewed
Price (RRP): $869 (starting from): $869 for the 16GB model; $999 for the 64GB model; $1129 for the 128GB model; Available on plans from Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and Virgin; Manufacturer: Apple
A bigger iPhone, yay!; Built beautifully, almost like the iPod Touch as a phone; Reachability (double-tap home) is a neat idea for larger phones; Fast 4G speeds; Finally, 802.11ac is here!; Excellent rear camera; iOS 8 now lets you exchange and replace keyboards; With Mac OS X 10.10 "Yosemite," you can even answer your phone from the desktop, a feature that is very, very cool; Options for 64GB and 128GB (w00t);
Screen is larger, but not really a huge improvement; Fixed storage with no way of upgrading; Expensive; Slippery; Hand-hold for thumb at the bottom is a bit of a balancing act with a phone this size; NFC can't be used with pretty much anything; Quite a few iOS 8 bugs; Mediocre battery life;
