Like Philips, Marantz offers four models of universal remotes designed for the home theatre enthusiast. The top of the range RC-9500 comes with a customisable illuminated touch screen panel with backlighting, advanced functionality and looks more like the latest PDA than a remote control unit.
It has 18 keys ? 15 of them programmable, and can be fully customised. Users can create their own macros with the included Windows CP Pro software.
The RC-9500 has 16MB of on board memory, connects to your PC via a USB cable and comes with a docking cradle to keep the battery charged.
