SIM2 adds to highly acclaimed projector range

 

SIM2 Multimedia are widely recognised as producing the worldds very best and most stylish Home Theatre projectors. Now the company announces a new projector as the entry point to its acclaimed range – the SIM2 Domino D35 (RRP $6,999). SIM2 projectors are renowned for their colour saturation and near three-dimensional image depth and the Domino D35 delivers this at an extremely affordable price.

This new model features improved brightness levels and a higher contrast ratio, thanks to a new UHP lamp with 150W output and up to 6000 hours lamp life. The SIM2 Domino D35 replaces the multi award-winning Domino 30H and is based on HD2+ Darkchip22 DMD technology, delivering a native resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The Domino D35 utilises SIM22s proprietary Alpha Path sealed light engine, which employs lenses manufactured by Fujinon the leaders in lens technology for film and broadcast television cameras. This ensures the image focus is pin-sharp across the entire screen surface with no distortion or colour aberration. The long-throw lens allows the projector to be placed in the ideal location at the back of the room.

The combination of increased light output and SIM22s patented Alpha Path light engine enables a high contrast ratio of 3200:1. The end result is an image with tremendous depth and vitality.

The Domino D35 has HDMII connectivity for the very best transfer of digital video. It also features a wide range of other connections, including Component, S-Video, Composite and RGBHV together with RS232, and two 12-volt outputs can operate screens and curtains.

The SIM2 Domino D35 (RRP $6,999) is available now from authorised SIM2 retailers across Australia and New Zealand in either Black Shadow or White Evolution finishes. It is covered by a nationwide one-year warranty.
