Three’s free Skype offer extended

Due to massive popularity, Vodafone Hutchison Australia has extended their offer to allow free Skype to Skype calls through the Three network until the end of May.

Skype – which currently has over 560 million users worldwide – is available to any phone on the Three network within their “broadband zone”.

“We’re always looking for simple and affordable ways to help our customers get the most out of their mobiles and we’re really pleased that our Free Skype to Skype offer has encouraged customers to try it out,” said Amanda Hutton, General Manager of Internet and Services for VHA.

The offer for free Skype calls to other Skype members expires at the end of May, but data packs after this time start at $5 per month.
