The TiVo digital video recorder, previously only available at Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Dick Smith Electronics and David Jones, is soon sold at The Good Guys retail stores.
Hybrid Television Services’ CEO, Robbee Minicola, commented; “In the quest to get Australians to switch to digital television we believe that growing our retail footprint to include The Good Guys makes good sense.
“Australians will only purchase technology if they can be assured it will not go out of date – their TiVo will instantly convert them from analog to digital… and automatically update to provide them with new content and services over time.”
Price and availability
TiVo will be on the shelves at The Good Guys across Australia from late March, at an RRP of $699.
