The iRiver U10 consists of virtually no more than a high-resolution display with no button or knob in sight. It also doesn?t have a hard disk, instead coming with 512MB or 1GB memory.
As a result, it?s light, only 70 g and can fit easily in a pocket, measuring 690 x 470 x 16 mm. The U10 sports a 5.5 cm (320 x 240 resolution) colour touch-screen display. The U10 will probably be used mainly for music however, (supporting OGG Vorbis, MP3 & WMA) and also has a built-in radio.
You can record audio as well via the 3.5 mm audio in jack. It can also display photo slideshows (JPEG) via the touchscreen, and can play short video clips, games and flash animations. Extra memory can be added via its SD card slot. The battery is claimed to last for 20 hours of music.
