UK headphone brand RHA enters AU

Designed and engineered in Glasgow, a new brand of headphones is coming to Australia, aimed at providing great sound for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much.

The selection of three headphones coming to Australia all come in prices really designed to compete with other brands out there, starting at just under $50 for aluminium in-earphones, stretching up to just under $70 for a pair of headphones.

RHA’s MA350 (above) will go for $49.95 and are solid aluminium headphones made of a fabric braided cable with three sizes of silicone tips, while the MA450i (below) is ten bucks more at $59.95 for a similar model with a built-in microphone and wired remote compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

If earphones aren’t your thing, RHA is also offering the SA950i, a pair of inexpensive and compact headphones retailing for $69.95 and offering 40mm titanium-coated mylar drivers, a detachable fabric braided cable, and a retro look.

Most major retailers should be receiving the headphones in the next week or so, offering consumers more choice without having to fork out a hundred bucks.
