Yamaha announce their first DAB+ digital radios – the TSX-130 and TSX-120

Yamaha Music Australia have announced the release of their first DAB+ radios. Stylishly designed, the TSX-130 and TSX-120 offer a range of features and versatility expected from Yamaha products.

The TSX-130 and TSX-120 are ready for the launch of digital radio. These new models will let you enjoy digital radio when it becomes available as well as standard FM radio. The auto pre-set function automatically pre-sets 30 FM stations and 30 DAB stations.

The TSX-130 and TSX-120 also feature a direct iPod dock on the top panel, clock with dual alarm function and four DSP modes: normal, mild, heavy and live. The flat top panel made from real wood is wide enough for placement of your car keys or glasses.

Both models output 15 watts of power and have bass reflex ports on the back for good bass dispersion and come with a card-type remote control.

The TSX-130 has a CD player and a USB port on the top panel. The TSX-120 has a mini jack for connecting a portable audio player.

Price and availability

Available in black and white, the TSX-130 and TSX-120 will be available in May. The TSX-130 will retail for $749 RRP and the TSX-120 will retail for $599.
