Bowers & Wilkins has unveiled the Px8 S2 McLaren Edition, a fresh take on its flagship wireless headphones with a design that leans into McLaren’s motorsport heritage. Finished in Anthracite Grey with those unmistakable Papaya highlights, it’s the kind of colourway that will immediately catch the eye of McLaren and F1 fans, without drifting into novelty territory.

Under the hood, the Px8 S2 McLaren Edition includes upgraded 40 mm Carbon Cone drivers and a reworked internal structure to deliver cleaner detail and more precise stereo imaging. Noise cancellation has also been refined, aiming to cut background noise while still keeping the clarity and energy of the original recording intact. Wireless audio support includes aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless, with playback up to 24-bit / 96 kHz for high-resolution streaming.

Battery life runs up to 30 hours, and a quick 15-minute top-up gives around seven hours of listening. Everything from noise control to EQ and Quick Action button setup is handled through the Bowers & Wilkins Music app.

The Px8 S2 McLaren Edition lands on 19 November via the Bowers & Wilkins website and selected retailers. It continues a decade-long partnership that began with McLaren’s in-car audio systems and now extends into personal audio, offering a subtle touch of F1 flair for everyday listening.
