Altec Lansing inMotion iM500 portable speaker system

Everything is getting thinner these dayss mobile phones, televisions, computers and of course, iPods. Today, Altec Lansing introduced the perfect companion for your ultra-thin iPod nano the inMotion iM500 portable audio system. This lightweight and impossibly thin carry-along is the most compact speaker system from Altec Lansing yet, with an efficient foldaway design, making it a cinch to toss into a small purse or bag for travel.

But great sound from such a small package? Absolutely. Altec Lansing utilized its decades of audio expertise to custom-engineer a cleverly thin speaker design. Further, the unexpected sound is enhanced by MaxxBass technology for greater bass performance and tuned to Altec Lansing audio standards for a richer overall listening experience. And, itts all wrapped up in a package thatts similar in thickness to a DVD case.
