Motorola Razr 40 Ultra pre-order deal includes $400 Bose earbuds

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra pre-order Bose

It’s about to kick the foldable phone market up a notch and there happens to be a killer launch deal too: if you pre-order the upcoming Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, you also get a sweet freebie from Bose.

Following the recent announcement of the new Razr phones, including the Ultra model that has the largest cover display of any foldable phone, Motorola and Bose have teamed up for a tempting offer. If you pre-order the top-of-the-line phone before its 10 July launch date, you also receive a bonus pair of Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. Valued at $429.95, the earbuds are a lot of extra value.

Motorola designs some of the best foldable phones available, including last year’s Razr we rated highly. Competition is heating up in the foldable space, with Oppo’s Find N2 Flip well-regarded, and Samsung due to announce new devices at a Galaxy Unpacked event next month.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra & Bose pre-order offer

Specific to the flagship Motorola Razr 40 Ultra model, you can pre-order the phone for $1,499 online and at retailers now to get the bonus Bose earbuds. As long as you get in before 9 July at 11:59 pm AEST, you’ll secure the offer. Once your phone arrives, visit Motorola’s website before 30 September 2023, and enter your handset’s IMEI number and your proof of purchase. Then, a nice pair of earbuds will be yours.

Announced earlier this month, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is the next major foldable phone from the popular brand. At 3.6 inches, it has the biggest cover screen of any available phone so far. Alongside it is the $999 Razr 40, a more affordable option that has a smaller cover display and slightly less powerful internals. This cheaper model does have a bigger battery though: 4200mAh compared to the Ultra’s 3800mAh. In the traditional phone design space, there’s the Motorola Edge 40, designed as a reasonably-priced premium handset.

As for the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II included in the Razr 40 Ultra pre-order offer, they come highly recommended. With up to six hours of battery life between charges, noise cancellation, and a sleek design, the general consensus is unanimously positive.

As a reminder, the pre-order deal is live starting now until 9 July. Motorola has also committed to donating a portion of sales of the Viva Magenta-coloured phones to Breast Cancer Network Australia, just in case that helps you decide on a colour.
