LG’s new Iluminar range of refrigerators has a clean, elegant and minimalistic external appearance, and is available in both side by side and top mount models.
The range
The following new models are available now as part of LG’s new range of Iluminar fridges:
- Iluminar Side by Side Refrigerator (GR-B226ACF) – 641 litre, Ice Beam Door Cooling, Internal Electronic Control, Bioshield, Biosilver, Deodoriser, Moist Balance Crisper, twist ice tray, 5 digital sensors and 4 star energy rating. SRP: $2,299.
- Top Mount Fridge with Iluminar finish (GN-422FS) – 422 litre, Bioshield, Multi Air Flow, twist ice tray, Internal Electronic Control, Moist Balance Crisper and Deodoriser. 4 star energy rating. SRP: $1,199.
- Top Mount Fridge with Iluminar finish (GN346FS) – 346 litre, Bioshield, Multi Air Flow, twist ice tray, Internal Electronic Control, Moist Balance Crisper and Deodoriser. 4 star energy rating. SRP: $1,049.
LG’s Iluminar range features internal Electronic Control, a feature that ensures all temperature controls are discretely concealed within the fridge leaving a sleek, clean and refined look to the exterior.
The Iluminar also boasts key cooling technologies that ensures food stays fresher and crisper for longer. Utilising LG’s advanced technologies, LG’s Iluminar refrigerators feature:
- Ice Beam Door Cooling – LG’s patented cooling system that keeps food fresher for longer. It enables fast, even cooling thanks to cool air being distributed from multiple locations throughout the fridge (GR-B226ACF only).
- Moist balance crisper – special honeycomb cover maintains moisture levels to ensure fruits and vegetables stay fresher for longer. It retains optimum moisture inside the crisper thanks to the grid patterned cover which traps moisture when humidity is high and condenses moisture when the humidity is low.
- Twist ice tray- allows ice to be made quickly and easily with no mess, ice cubes can be dispensed with just a touch of the lever.
- Bioshield – the door seals are made with an anti-bacterial agent that prevents distortion caused by bacteria propagation. This also ensures door sealing is not compromised.
- Deodoriser – the nanocarbon deodoriser reduces the mixing of unwanted odours.
- Energy Rating – 4 star
